Important Information for Global Journey Travelers

After your booking

<p>Within 48 hours after booking, the Main Buyer of each order will receive a booking confirmation by email containing all order details. Please remember to also check your spam or junk folders.</p><p>The following options are available exclusively to the Main Buyer of the Global Journey Package, except for the Add-on Sale.</p>

<h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Booking overview </strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">After completing your purchase, you will receive a Confirmation Email with all relevant details.</p><p style="text-align: start;">Your Global Journey order is also visible in your <a target="_blank" href="https://my.tomorrowland.com/orders">Tomorrowland Account</a>, which always shows the most up-to-date information regarding your booking.</p><h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Address Confirmation or Pick-Up </strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">If you have purchased a Global Journey Package, your Treasure Case with Tomorrowland Bracelet(s) will be shipped to the Main Buyer’s home address at the beginning of July.<br>If you will be traveling during that time and cannot receive the shipment, you may choose to pick up your Tomorrowland Bracelet(s) on-site (hotel, DreamVille, Tomorrowland).</p><p>The Main Buyer can confirm the shipping address or opt for on-site pick-up directly through their <a target="_blank" href="https://my.tomorrowland.com/orders">Tomorrowland Account.</a></p><p><strong>Deadline to submit your choice: March 31, 2026 – 12:00 CEST</strong></p><h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Name Changes</strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">Name changes are not permitted.<br>Only in urgent cases will exceptions be made and accepted until <strong>April 30, 2026</strong>, with a fee of <strong>€350 per name change</strong>.<br>After this date, no name changes will be accepted.</p><h2><strong>Cancellation Conditions</strong></h2><p>You can find all information regarding the cancellation conditions for your Global Journey Travel Package in <strong>Annex 7, Article 4</strong> of the <a href="/en/sales-info/general-terms-conditions">General Terms &amp; Conditions</a>.</p><h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Add-on Sale</strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">During the Add-On Sale, you will be able to purchase food experiences, DreamVille breakfast options, lockers, and more.<br>Additional information will follow at a later stage.</p><h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Travel info </strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">The Main Buyer will receive all necessary travel information via email prior to departure.</p><p style="text-align: start;"></p><h2 style="text-align: start;"><strong>Visitors with disabilities</strong></h2><p style="text-align: start;">Global Journey is committed to making the festival and accommodations accessible to visitors with disabilities.<br>If you have special requirements or questions, please contact <a href="mailto:info@globaljourney.com">info@globaljourney.com</a>. </p>
