These Conditions apply to the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services by the Customer through all Official Sales Channels and the use of such Festival Products and/or Services by the Festival Visitor (all as defined below).
Depending on the Festival Products and/or Services You purchase, specific terms and conditions may apply in addition to the present Conditions. In such case, You will be adequately informed during the purchase process and will be requested to approve such terms before completing Your purchase.
1. Definitions
1.1 Agreement: the agreement between the Customer and the Official Sales Channel (as applicable) for the purchase and use of Festival Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of the present Conditions, the purchase confirmation and any other provisions attached to or referred to in these Conditions, and/or the purchase confirmation and the general terms and conditions of See Tickets, TL Travel and/or the Travel Partner (as applicable).
1.2 Bracelet Fee: The price charged for a Pick Up sale, where the Tomorrowland Bracelet can be collected at the Pick Up box office at the Festival or at DreamVille. The Bracelet Fee will be announced on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival. Treasure Cases are not included in admission tickets purchased as part of a Pick Up sale.
1.3 Business Packages: the Festival Products and/or Services which are offered under this name as part of the Hospitality Packages and only to non-Consumers (such as for example (without limitation) tickets for The Lounge, The Balcony and Skybox) and to which the provisions under Annex 6 apply.
1.4 Cashless Account: the online account that the Festival Visitor may create via its Tomorrowland Account with the relevant provider for the purpose of purchasing Pearls, which is subject to the specific conditions set out in Annex 3;
1.5 Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including their annexes.
1.6 Consumer: the natural person not acting in the course of his or her commercial, business, craft or professional activity.
1.7 Customer, You, Your, Main Buyer means the Consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase and use of the Festival Products and/or Services as provided herein.
1.8 DreamVille: The official campsite of the Festival with various accommodation options as sold in the DreamVille Packages, subject to the provisions set out in Annex 5.
1.9 DreamVille Packages: the Festival Products and/or Services which include accommodation at DreamVille and to which the provisions set out in Annex 5 apply.
1.10 Exchange Desk: The only official point of (re)sale for Tomorrowland tickets and DreamVille Packages purchased directly from the Festival Organiser (via the See Tickets platform), operational for a limited period of time, as specified on the Tomorrowland website, and accessible via the Main Buyer's Tomorrowland Account. The Exchange Desk is not open to purchases made from other parties, such as TL Travel and/or Travel Partners, nor for guest tickets, so-called “voordeeltickets” (which are specifically reserved for specific beneficiaries) or Hospitality Packages.
1.11 Festival: the 2025 edition of the electronic dance music festival 'Tomorrowland', taking place at “Provinciaal Domein De Schorre” (Boom, Belgium), from 18 July to 20 July 2025 ('Weekend 1') and from 25 to 27 July 2025 ('Weekend 2').
1.12 Festival Organiser: WEAREONE.world BV, with registered office at Korte Vlierstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, and company number BE 0867.239.782 (contact: info@tomorrowland.com), the organiser and producer of the Festival.
1.13 Festival Travel Package: the various package holidays offered for sale by TL Travel and/or the Travel Partner, including (depending on the specific package) an entry ticket to the Festival, accommodation, flights and/or transport. Specific conditions of sale apply to Festival Travel Packages. When purchasing such a package, You will be asked to accept those conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, those specific conditions will prevail over the present Conditions at all times.
1.14 Festival Products and/or Services means the products and/or services relating to the Festival, as offered to and purchased by the Customer through the Official Sales Channels, including, without limitation (i) Festival admission tickets, as described in detail at www.belgium.tomorrowland.com, offered by the Festival Organiser and (ii) Festival Travel Packages, offered by TL Travel and/or any other Travel Partner. Vouchers may be added to such purchase and vary according to the Official Sales Channel. The purchase of Vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions set out in Annex 4. Pearls may be purchased through the Cashless Account and at the Festival, according to the terms for cashless payments set out in Annex 3.
1.15 Festival Site: Provinciaal Domein De Schorre (Boom, Belgium).
1.16 Festival Visitor: The natural person who visits the Festival and thereto holds a valid authorization, e.g. a Tomorrowland Bracelet (as defined in this Agreement), and ultimately uses the Festival Products and/or Services in accordance with the Agreement (such as, for example, the guests of Hospitality Packages; individuals who purchase Festival Products and/or Services in their own name and for their own account; etc.).
1.17 Force Majeure: Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the Festival impossible, impracticable or unsafe: natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, promulgation, rule, order or act of any government or instrument of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), interruption or significant delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transport services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable.
1.18 Global Journey Packages: The various Festival Travel Packages offered for sale through TL Travel, as commonly known and marketed under the name 'Global Journey'. Specific conditions of sale apply to Global Journey Packages. Upon purchase of a Global Journey Package, You will be asked to accept those terms and conditions separately. In the event of any conflict, those specific terms and conditions shall prevail over these Conditions at all times.
1.19 Hospitality Packages: the Festival Products and/or Services which are offered under this name, consisting of Business Packages and Exclusive Packages and to which specific conditions, as mentioned through the corresponding Official Sales Channels, apply.
1.20 Official Sales Channel: the official channels for the sale of Festival Products and/or Services of the Festival Organiser, TL Travel and Travel Partners. Festival Products and/or Services offered through the Festival Organiser are processed through See Tickets, the service provider of the Festival Organiser.
1.21 Pearls: the official currency of the Festival. Pearls can be purchased through the Cashless Account and at the Festival and loaded onto the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific conditions set out in Annex 3.
1.22 Pick Up: the delivery method whereby the Customer must pick up his/her admission tickets for the Festival at the designated box office near the Festival Site.
1.23 See Tickets: See Tickets BV operates an online platform for ticket sales and admission management and has been contracted by the Festival Organiser as a supplier to make its platform available to the Festival Organiser who may thus enter into an Agreement with the Customer for the sale of certain Festival Products and Services as set out in this Agreement.
1.24 Ticket Refund Fee: if an admission ticket for the Festival purchased from the Festival Organiser (via the See Tickets platform) is refunded after purchase, according to the refund provisions stated here, a Ticket Refund Fee will be charged for each refunded admission ticket and thus deducted from the refund amount. The Ticket Refund Fee depends on the type of admission ticket, as well as the date on which the admission ticket is cancelled, and will be announced on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival.
1.25 TL Travel: TL Travel CommV, with registered office at Korte Vlierstraat 6, box 211, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, and registered in the crossroads bank of enterprises under number 0525.695.953 (contact: info@tomorrowland.com), the Festival Organiser's partner for the sale of Global Journey Packages.
1.26 Tomorrowland Account: the online account individuals can create at www.belgium.tomorrowland.com and through which one can pre-register (to the extent pre-registrations are organised by the Festival Organiser) for the sale of Festival Products and/or Services and stay up-to-date on all Tomorrowland news.
1.27 Tomorrowland Bracelet: Festival Visitors can only access the Festival and use their purchased Pearls via a personalised and activated bracelet. If you have purchased a DreamVille Package, your Tomorrowland Bracelet also gives you access to the DreamVille zones. If You have purchased a Comfort pass, Hospitality Package, The Library by Versuz or Exclusive Tables admission ticket, Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will give You access to the corresponding zones. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the Festival (and DreamVille, as applicable).
1.28 Travel Partner: Tomorrowland's official travel partners expressly listed on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com who offer Festival Travel Packages, including an admission ticket to the Festival (DreamVille optionally included), travel (flights/transportation) and/or lodging, and offer them through their own sales channels by adding to the Festival Travel Package a travel service, within the meaning of the EU Package Travel Directive.
1.29 Treasure Case: the case containing the Tomorrowland Bracelet, as sent to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement.
1.30 Treasure Case Fee: the price charged to the Customer for the shipping of the Treasure Case with the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The Treasure Case Fee depends on the shipping address (i.e. Belgium vs. Europe vs. worldwide) and may as such vary from order to order. The Treasure Case Fee will be announced on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com before the official start of ticket sales for the Festival. If Your order is cancelled before 31 March 2025, the Treasure Case Fee will be refunded. If Your order is cancelled after 31 March 2025, the Treasure Case Fee will not be refunded (as shipping of the Treasure Case will have already started by then). The Treasure Case Fee is not included in the Ticket Refund Fee and will be charged/withheld (as applicable) separately.
1.31 Voucher: A Tomorrowland voucher is a document regarding an additional purchase, issued by the Festival Organiser or an independent third party that entitles the holder thereof to specific products or services, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker providers or shuttle services), on or around the Festival Site. Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale through the See Tickets platform or a platform of the independent third party. Specific terms and conditions may apply to the purchase of a Voucher, as stated on the Official Sales Channel.
1.32 Waiting List: If one or more types of tickets for the Festival are sold out, the Festival Organiser may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, You authorise the Festival Organiser to contact you if admission tickets become available again and the admission tickets may be offered to You through Waiting List sales.
2. Scope of the Conditions
The Annexes form an integral part of the Conditions. The Customer is requested to accept the Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest when entering into an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Conditions at www.tomorrowland.com; or on request from the Festival's customer service department by writing to info@tomorrowland.com.
2.2 Before You participate in the Festival and, as applicable, DreamVille, and regardless of the Official Sales Channel where You made Your purchase, You will be required to read, accept and comply with these Conditions in full, in the absence of which the Festival Organiser reserves the right to deny Your access to the Festival and, as applicable, DreamVille.
2.3 If You purchase Festival Products and/or Services not only for yourself but also for others, we remind You that it is Your sole responsibility to inform those people of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to Your purchase (including the terms and conditions mentioned in article 2.4 below), and to obtain their agreement to those terms and conditions prior to Your purchase. For the record, if and to the extent that a direct relationship should arise between the Festival Organiser and the aforementioned persons in the context of the performance of the Agreement (for example, upon the creation of a Tomorrowland Account or the purchase of Pearls or Vouchers), these other Festival Visitors will be asked to read and accept all applicable terms and conditions and related policies.
2.4 When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services through TL Travel or another Travel Partner, TL Travel or the other Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organiser) is Your contracting party. You will enter into a direct agreement with such partner and You will then be subject to their own terms and conditions of sale.
It is the sole responsibility of TL Travel or such Travel Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions, including these Conditions, during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the agreement with You. TL Travel or the Travel Partner, as applicable, will be required to also obtain Your approval of these Conditions. The terms and conditions of TL Travel or the Travel Partner, as applicable, prevail over these Conditions in case of conflict. You are required to contact TL Travel or the Travel Partner, as applicable, for all matters relating to the performance of Your Agreement with TL Travel or the Travel Partner, as applicable. The Festival Organiser is released from any contractual responsibility or liability to You.
3. Festival Products and/or Services: general provisions
3.1. No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded based on Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This means that You do not have a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days to revoke, cancel or return the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services.
3.2 Age limit
The minimum age for access to the Festival is eighteen (18) years. Any holder of a valid admission ticket born in 2007 will be allowed access to the Festival even if that person only turns 18 after the Festival.
No exception shall be made to this rule even if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult. The Festival Organiser is entitled to deny access to the Festival if it is demonstrated, for example through the identity check mentioned below, that the Festival Visitor has not reached that age at the start of the Festival.
3.3 Official Sales Channels
3.3.1 Festival Products and/or Services can only be purchased through the Official Sales Channels.
3.3.2 Festival Products and/or Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel or by somehow circumventing the procedure prescribed in the pre-registration link giving access to the online ticket shop) shall not be considered valid by the Festival Organiser and the Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse the holder of such admission ticket access to the Festival resp. DreamVille.
3.3.3 It is prohibited to sell Festival Products and/or Services to third parties or offer Festival Products and/or Services in any other way, commercially or promotionally, directly or indirectly, to third parties. In such situations, ticket holders may be denied access to the Festival and (as applicable) DreamVille, without entitlement to compensation.
3.3.4 The falsification and/or misuse of Festival Products and/or Services is subject to criminal prosecution.
3.4 Tomorrowland Account and pre-registration
General
3.4.1 Unless otherwise specified by the Festival Organiser, Festival Products and/or Services can only be sold to persons who have a Tomorrowland Account, which can be created at www.tomorrowland.com. In any event, the Festival Organiser recommends creating a Tomorrowland Account.
3.4.2 When creating a Tomorrowland Account, You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy for the Tomorrowland Account. In the Tomorrowland Account the country of residence, nationality and age will be registered.
3.4.3 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel and offer for sale again admission tickets for the Festival that do not comply with the provisions of this Article 3. In such case, the purchase price for the ticket(s) in question will be refunded to the Main Buyer (and only to the Main Buyer) after deduction of the Ticket Refund Fee and any refund of the Treasure Case Fee, as applicable, and always subject to the cancellation provisions set out in this Agreement.
3.4.4 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel Your purchase for technical reasons (e.g. if existing quotas are exceeded).
Preregistration
3.4.5 Only a Tomorrowland Account can give access to pre-registration for the sale of admission tickets for the Festival. The Festival Organiser shall inform Tomorrowland Account holders of the start of pre-registrations via the Tomorrowland Account and the contact details provided during account registration. Automated pre-registrations are not permitted.
3.4.6 As soon as the official sale of Festival Products and/or Services starts, the account holder may access the See Tickets and Global Journey online ticket shop via an automatic link in the Tomorrowland Account. The Festival Organiser shall operate a queuing system so that – to the extent possible – each person who gains access to the online ticket shop has the opportunity to purchase tickets. Only one place in the queue will be allocated per Tomorrowland Account.
3.4.7 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to limit the time the Customer is in the online ticket shop in order to allow as many people as possible to purchase tickets. If the purchase is not completed within this time limit, the Customer will automatically be removed from the online ticket shop and rejoin the queue.
3.4.8 Purchased Festival Products and/or Services cannot be exchanged for another type of Festival Product or Service (e.g. ticket/package).
3.5 Festival admission tickets and DreamVille Packages
3.5.1 Your purchase with the Festival Organizer can only be processed when You pay the price for the Festival admission tickets and/or DreamVille Packages included in Your order. After Your online purchase and payment are complete, You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
3.5.2 If You have purchased a festival admission ticket or DreamVille Package, entrance to the Festival is provided via the Tomorrowland Bracelet. The festival admission ticket is valid only for the day(s), time and place for which they are purchased and are not subject to exchange or return. Festival admission tickets do not grant access to DreamVille. DreamVille Packages are valid for the three (3) days of the Festival. If You have purchased a DreamVille Package, Your Tomorrowland Bracelet will include access to DreamVille.
ATTENTION: The purchase confirmation e-mail nor the voucher issued grant access to the Festival and/or, as applicable, DreamVille. Access to the Festival and, as applicable, DreamVille requires a Tomorrowland Bracelet, in the absence of which the Festival Organiser has the right to deny access.
3.5.3 The maximum number of admission tickets to the Festival that can be purchased in total during the Belgian Pre-Sale is 5 Full Madness Passes, 5 Day Tickets or DreamVille Packages for a maximum of 5 persons in total (excluding Friendship Packages). During the WorldWide Pre-Sale and WorldWide Ticket Sale, the maximum number of Festival admission tickets that can be purchased in total is 4 Full Madness Passes, 4 day tickets or DreamVille Packages for up to 4 people in total (excluding Friendship Packages). The above limits apply for the entire Tomorrowland 2025 sales period (i.e. in Belgium, worldwide and the Waiting List) and cannot be cumulated at different sales times.
The Festival Organiser reserves the right to organise ticket sales other than those mentioned above (e.g. Friendship Package sales). If applicable, the specific conditions for that particular sale will be published on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com so that the Main Buyer can make an informed purchase.
3.5.4 You can only participate in the Belgian Pre-Sale if You are a Belgian resident at the time of the Belgian Pre-Sale and if You choose a Belgian shipping address for the delivery of the Treasure Case (cumulative conditions).
3.5.5 You are only allowed to participate in the sales with one account. If You purchase tickets with different accounts, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You, from Your different accounts.
Personalisation
3.5.6 Each admission ticket to the Festival is provided to You via an e-ticket and must be personalised by entering the name, email address and nationality of the Festival Visitor. The Festival Visitor may be Yourself or other people for whom You purchase tickets. Business Packages do not require personalisation.
3.5.7 Unless otherwise stated by the Festival Organiser, this personalisation of the Festival entry ticket must take place within the period specified in the ticket confirmation email sent to You. After this period, the personalisation is definitive and the personal data provided may no longer be changed. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel the sale of tickets for the Festival for which personalisation has not taken place within the relevant period.
3.5.8 If You purchase an entry ticket to the Festival not only for Yourself but also for others (Your "Guests"), it shall be Your sole responsibility to obtain - to the extent required by law - the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to the Festival Organiser in the context of the personalisation of such ticket, as stated herein. The provisions of Article 2.3 shall apply accordingly.
3.6 Exchange Desk
3.6.1 The Exchange Desk can only be accessed for purchases made through the Festival Organiser (via the See Tickets platform).
3.6.2 Admission tickets for the Festival and DreamVille Packages can only be exchanged through the official Exchange Desk of the Festival Organiser. The Festival Organiser will offer tickets and packages registered at the Exchange Desk for sale to those registered on the Waiting List. The Exchange Desk does not guarantee that Your ticket and/or package will be sold. You will not be able to exchange Your tickets and/or packages for other tickets and/or packages, nor can You choose to whom You sell Your tickets and/or packages. Festival admission tickets and DreamVille Packages that were exchanged and resold through the Exchange Desk will be refunded to the Main Buyer after deduction of a Ticket Refund Fee.
3.6.3 If a Festival entry ticket or DreamVille Package has been resold, this ticket will no longer give the original owner of the ticket access to the Festival.
3.6.4 If Your entire order has been resold via the Exchange Desk, the refund will be executed within a few weeks after the relevant Festival Products and/or Services have been resold. If only part of Your Festival Products and/or Services have been offered and resold via the Exchange Desk, the partial refund will not be executed until several weeks after the Festival.
3.7 Tomorrowland Bracelet
3.7.1 For each Festival entry ticket purchased and personalized, the Festival Organiser will provide You with a Tomorrowland Bracelet, which must be registered before entry to the Festival can be granted to the Festival Visitor. A Tomorrowland Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the Festival.
3.7.2 The Festival Organiser will send all Tomorrowland Bracelets in advance, starting from the end of June 2025. With the exception of sales occasions where it is explicitly stated that no Treasure Cases will be sent/provided, the Tomorrowland Bracelets will be sent in a Treasure Case and (by default) to the address specified in Your Tomorrowland Account, unless You specify a different shipping address during the purchase process. You can only enter one (1) shipping address for Your purchase.
3.7.3 It is not possible to change the shipping addresses for Your Tomorrowland Bracelets after You have completed Your purchase, unless You have changed residence within such period. In this case, You must provide the Festival Organiser with an official document from the local authorities showing that You have changed residence. Deadline for submission of another shipping address due to change of residence is 31 March 2025. The Festival Organiser cannot guarantee the change of shipping address for applications received after that date.
If You make Your purchase through Global Journey (TL Travel) or a Travel Partner, shipping address options or other changes to Your order will be governed solely by the applicable terms and conditions of those parties.
3.7.4 The Festival Organiser reserves the right not to deliver a Treasure Case if the Tomorrowland Bracelet is (exceptionally) delivered via Pick Up.
3.7.5 For Festival tickets purchased as part of a Pick Up sale, Tomorrowland Bracelets will not be sent, but must always be picked up at the Pick Up box office at the Festival or in DreamVille. Treasure Cases are not included with Festival tickets as part of Pick Up sales.
3.7.6 All Festival admission (e-)tickets (including those regarding DreamVille Packages) have a unique code and only the first scan of such code can allow for access to the Festival, resp. DreamVille. Any individuals, even the Main Buyer, who request access to the Festival, resp. DreamVille with a unique code that has been scanned before will be refused access to the Festival and/or DreamVille.
Entry to the Festival and identity check
3.7.7 Only a legitimate and registered Tomorrowland Bracelet can grant the Festival Visitor access to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille. In order to be admitted to the Festival and/or DreamVille, the Festival Visitor must always be in possession of a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in his/her name and comply with the provisions of Annex 1 and Annex 2. The Festival Visitor enters the Festival Site and/or DreamVille at his/her own risk.
3.7.8 All Tomorrowland Bracelets shall be scanned and validated upon entering the Festival Site and Dreamville.
3.7.9 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to check (or have checked by designated representatives) the identity of anyone entering the Festival Site or DreamVille. If one cannot be identified or if the name on the Tomorrowland Bracelet does not match the identity of the person entering as stated on the identity document, the person concerned will be refused entry to the Festival and/or DreamVille. A valid proof of identity can be a valid identity card, passport or driving licence. The name on the identity document must be the same as the name on which the Tomorrowland Bracelet is registered. Copies of identity documents will not be accepted.
3.7.10 A denied admission in accordance with these Conditions does not entitle anyone to a refund.
3.7.11 For security reasons, Festival Visitors holding a Day Pass or Full Madness Pass (see Annex 1)and leave the Festival Site are not allowed to re-enter the Festival Site until the following day. For security reasons, Festival Visitors holding a Tomorrowland Bracelet with access to DreamVille may enter the Festival Site until two (2) hours before closing time. Festival Visitors with access to DreamVille shall only be able to re-enter DreamVille from 17:00 CEST onwards.
Other services
3.7.12 The Tomorrowland Bracelet not only serves as an admission ticket to the Festival. Purchased Pearls are also uploaded to this bracelet. The Festival Visitor is obliged to scan his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet in order to enter the Festival Site, DreamVille and/or exclusive zones to which his/her Tomorrowland Bracelet gives access and to access/use the purchased Pearls.
Loss or theft of your Tomorrowland Bracelet
3.7.13 You are solely responsible for loss or theft of Your Tomorrowland Bracelet after receipt from the Festival Organiser (in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions).
3.7.14 If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Festival Organiser, the Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered to the address indicated (including errors in the personal details You provide during the registration and purchase procedure, or because the postal package containing the Treasure Case and Your Tomorrowland Bracelet cannot be delivered by the postal services in the destination country), You must contact the Festival Organiser so that it can arrange a collection of the Tomorrowland Bracelet for You at the Pick Up box office at the Festival or in DreamVille. Only Festival Visitors in possession of a valid e-ticket and corresponding ID can collect their personalised Tomorrowland Bracelet. A Tomorrowland Bracelet must always be activated before the Festival Visitor can use it to access the Festival and receive the services listed here.
3.7.15 In case of loss or theft, the Festival Organiser is never obliged to provide You with a new Treasure Case and/or Tomorrowland Bracelet, nor can a refund be demanded.
4. Cancellations and refunds

For purchases from a Travel Partner, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by the Travel Partner's terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.
5. Image Rights
5.1 The Festival Organizer captures atmospheric images that may be used in content such as aftermovies and social media posts. If the Festival Organizer features an individual specifically, permission to capture and use the image will be requested from that individual. Such permission may also be given implicitly. For more details, please refer to the Festival Organizer’s Privacy Statement (www.belgium.tomorrowland.com/en/sales-info/your-privacy/privacy-policy).
6. Liability
6.1 Liability of the Customer and Festival Visitor
Refusal of access
6.1.1 Those who fail to comply with these Conditions may be immediately refused entry to or removed from the Festival Site and/or DreamVille. No refunds shall be made unless otherwise agreed here.
6.1.2 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to multiple editions of the Festival and/or other events organised by the Festival Organiser and its affiliates, depending on the nature of non-compliance with these Conditions (e.g. in case of selling drugs at the Festival and/or DreamVille or bracelet fraud).
Prosecution
The Festival Organiser reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged tickets relating to the Festival and Tomorrowland Bracelets and any person who fails to comply with these Conditions.
6.2 Liability of the Festival Organiser
Direct damage
6.2.1 The Festival Organiser shall only be liable for damages directly and exclusively resulting from an error by the Festival Organiser. Excluded from compensation are (i) damages and losses caused by Force Majeure, (ii) consequential damages and (iii) damages caused by misconduct, recklessness or serious fault by the damaged party.
6.2.2 The Festival Organiser is not liable for damages, theft or any accidents to vehicles or persons in the Festival's official parking lots. The use of the parking lots is always at own risk.
7. Rights reserved to the Festival Organiser
For security reasons, situations of unforeseeable circumstances, Force Majeure, or another demonstrable compelling reason, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to:
cancel or postpone the Festival, either partly or entirely ;
interrupt or stop the Festival and/or DreamVille experiences;
inspect any vehicle at any time;
temporarily keep Festival Visitors on the Festival Site or DreamVille site, as applicable;
completely or partly evacuate the Festival Site and/or DreamVille;
deny access to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, regardless of possession of a valid admission ticket;
change the Festival’s program or schedule;
make changes to parking lots, schedules, musical attractions and/or any other content of the Festival Products and/or Services..
8. Cancellation / Postponement
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Festival, You will be entitled to compensation in respect of the purchased Festival Products and/or Services in accordance with applicable law, but You will not be entitled to compensation for any other damages (direct or indirect).
In the event the purchase of the Festival Products and/or Services constitutes part of a larger collaboration agreement with regard to the Festival, the terms and conditions with regard to cancellation and/or postponement of the Festival under that agreement shall prevail over the cancellation and postponement provisions in these Conditions.
9. Festival Products and/or Services purchased from the Festival Organiser
9.1 See Tickets platform
9.1.1 Festival Products and Services can be purchased directly from the Festival Organiser, via a Tomorrowland Account and via the See Tickets platform. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price for the concerned Festival Products and Services has been paid in full:
- Admission ticket for the Festival and/or DreamVille
- Vouchers issued by the Festival Organiser (e.g. restaurant, locker, parking or other vouchers offered).
9.1.2 The Festival Organiser's Conditions and privacy policy and See Tickets' terms and conditions and privacy policy are made available in full text and must be accepted before a purchase can be made.
9.2 Pearls
Pearls can be purchased via a Cashless Account and at cashless customer service points at the Festival and uploaded to a Tomorrowland Bracelet. The purchase and use of Pearls are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out in Annex 3, which have been made available in full text and must be accepted before an online top-up purchase can be made. The terms and conditions for cashless payments will also be made available at the cashless customer service points at the Festival. Anyone purchasing his/her first Pearls through such cashless customer service point at the Festival will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions for cashless payments.
9.3 Spendings
Customers and Festival Visitors accept that no detailed invoices regarding individual spendings made at the Festival and/or DreamVille can be created and/or received, and this irrespective of the payment method.
10. Global Journey
When You purchase a Global Journey Package, TL Travel (and not the Festival Organiser) is Your contracting party. In such case, You enter into an agreement with TL Travel.
For purchases of Global Journey Packages, the Global Journey specific terms and conditions of sale apply, together with these Conditions, and prevail in case of ambiguity or contradiction with these Conditions (e.g. for cancellation and refund). In this context, the Festival Organiser is released from any contractual liability towards You.
For purchases from TL Travel, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by TL Travel’s general terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no responsibility in this regard whatsoever.
11. Festival Products and/or Services purchased from a Travel Partner
11.1 When You purchase Festival Products and/or Services through a Travel Partner, the Travel Partner (and not the Festival Organiser) is Your contracting party. You enter into an agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions of purchase, as well as to these Conditions. In case of conflict or ambiguity, the terms from the agreement between You and the Travel Partner take precedence over these Conditions.
It is the sole responsibility of the Travel Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the agreement with You. In this context, the Festival Organiser is released from any contractual liability to You.
11.2 For purchases from a Travel Partner, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by the Travel Partner's general terms and conditions. The Festival Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.
12. Privacy
12.1 When purchasing and/or using Festival Products and/or Services, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Festival Organiser's privacy policy, as available at www.tomorrowland.com.
12.2 When purchasing through TL Travel or a Travel Partner, You are subject to the privacy policy of that party. The Festival Organiser has no control over the information You enter there and how it is processed and is in no way responsible for it. It is Your responsibility to use this thoughtfully and read the privacy policies of these third parties carefully before accepting them.
13. Applicable law, competent court and ODR
13.1 These Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law, to the exclusion of the rules of international private law.
13.2 All disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Antwerp, to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to file a claim with the court that would be competent under the legal jurisdiction rules.
13.3 The Festival Organiser hereby informs You of the existence of the European Union's 'Online Dispute Resolution' platform. In the event of a dispute, the Festival visitor may request an out-of-court dispute resolution request at http://ec/europa.eu/odr.
14. Other provisions
14.1 If any provision of these Conditions, or any part thereof, is or is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Conditions or the remainder of that provision shall remain in full force and effect and such provision shall be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that is as close as possible to the invalid provision.

1.2 The line-up of artists determines the accessibility of the number of stages and the opening hours of each stage. Outside a stage's opening hours, the stage area is not accessible to the public.
1.3 With a validated Tomorrowland Bracelet, the Festival Visitor can check-in on Friday and Saturday until 22:00; after 22:00 it is no longer possible to enter the Festival Site. On Sunday, the Festival Visitor can check-in until 21:00; after 21:00 it is no longer possible to enter the Festival Site.
The Festival Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to Festival Visitors who arrive on Friday or Saturday after 22:00 and Sunday after 21:00 to the Festival Site, even if the Festival visitor holds a valid Festival entry ticket.

Only visitors in possession of a Tomorrowland Bracelet with DreamVille access rights will be granted access to the DreamVille grounds.
2. Festival programme
2.1 The Festival Organiser may, for compelling reasons (e.g. weather conditions, security, artist cancellations), be required to change or modify the Festival programme and to close Festival stages. In this case, the Festival entry ticket will remain valid and no entry tickets will be refunded or exchanged (in whole or in part).
Tomorrowland aims to be a safe place, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, where nobody faces discrimination or harassment. We wish that everyone, regardless of gender, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity or disabilities, can be themselves, feel safe and be treated respectfully at the Festival. To achieve this, we expect all visitors to behave responsibly, and the following house rules apply to all visitors of Tomorrowland 2025 (the 'House Rules'). Always aim to be the best version of yourself!
The House Rules are an integral part of the Conditions and are also posted at the entrance to the Festival.
The House Rules are always implemented in accordance with locally applicable rules and regulations.
Tickets for the Festival and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets are in principle non-refundable or -exchangeable.
In case of loss or theft of Festival tickets and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets, these will not be replaced or refunded.
Persons under 18 will not be admitted, even if accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adolescents. Festival Visitors born in 2007 will be admitted to the Festival, even if the age of 18 is not reached until after the Festival.
The Festival Organiser and/or the Official Sales Channel reserve the right to check the identity of the Festival Visitor when checking the ticket and/or scanning the Tomorrowland Bracelet. If you are unable to present a valid identification document, security is authorised to refuse you access to the Festival and/or DreamVille. The following are considered valid identification documents: identity card, passport or driving licence. Copies will not be accepted. If you are caught with a false identity document, this will be considered identity fraud and you will be refused entry to the Festival. You will also face criminal charges.
Tickets for the Festival, for DreamVille and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets can never be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the prior express permission of the Festival Organiser.
• Tickets for the Festival, for DreamVille and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets cannot be resold without the prior express and written consent of the Festival Organiser or Official Sales Channel. Tickets for the Festival and/or DreamVille that are resold without such prior express and written consent of the Festival Organiser and/or Offcial Sales Channel shall not entitle you to access the Festival and/or DreamVille. The Festival Organiser and/or Official Sales Channel reserve the right to cancel tickets for the Festival as soon as it is established that those tickets for the Festival have been offered for sale despite this prohibition. The costs resulting from such cancellation shall be recovered from the buyer.
• Changes in the line-up shall not result in a full or even partial refund of the ticket for the Festival and/or DreamVille.
• Forgery of tickets, Vouchers and/or Tomorrowland Bracelets shall be prosecuted.
• Visitors cannot enter areas to which their Tomorrowland Bracelet does not grant access (e.g. DreamVille, the comfort zone, press zones, backstage, the 'front of house'/direction zone, stages, etc.).
• Access control is based on applicable legislation, aimed at detecting weapons and/or dangerous objects. Should such items be present on the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, they could have a negative impact on the smooth running of the event or endanger the safety of other Festival Visitors.
• Entry to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille may be refused and visitors may be removed from the Festival Site and/or DreamVille (without entitlement to a refund of the entry fee) if, in the opinion of the Festival Organiser or its representatives, a visitor is or could reasonably constitute a danger to himself and/or others Festival Visitors, in particular if the visitor: (the following list is not exhaustive):
is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
is in possession of drugs or dealing drugs;
had previously been refused entry to other events/meetings by the Festival Organiser or other authorities;
displays behaviour or wears clothing clearly aimed at disturbing the peace, provoking or inciting violence, hatred, anger, xenophobia, racial hatred, etc;
endanger the lives of other visitors;
is in possession of prohibited items;
refuses to be searched by authorised security personnel;
refuses or fails to comply with the Conditions.
• Entry to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille implies acceptance of all prevention and control measures taken by the Festival Organiser or security team, including the search of persons and bags.
• Anyone wishing to enter the Festival Site and/or DreamVille may be searched by authorised security personnel before gaining access to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, always in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations.
• Authorised security personnel may ask people of the same sex to be searched and/or have their clothes and luggage searched to intercept prohibited items as set out in the House Rules (as incorporated herein). If prohibited items are found, security personnel have the right to confiscate them and refuse the holder and/or owner access to the Festival and/or DreamVille. In case of such confiscation or refusal, no refund will be made.
• Everyone present on the Festival Site and/or DreamVille must at all times comply with the instructions and guidelines of the Festival Organiser or his authorised representatives on the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, in order to ensure public order and safety during the Festival.
• For security reasons, the Festival Organiser reserves the right:
to pause or stop the Festival;
to prevent visitors from leaving the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille until further notice;
to ask visitors to leave the Festival Site and/or DreamVille;
to refuse visitors access to the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, even if they are in possession of a valid admission ticket.
• Visitors of Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille are not allowed:
to enter zones to which their Tomorrowland Bracelet does not grant access (DreamVille, the comfort zone, press zones, backstage, the 'front of house'/direction zone, stages, etc.);
to climb on tents, structures, fences, light bridges, benches or other structures on the Festival Site;
to block entrances, exits and emergency exits;
to disguise themselves so as to be unrecognisable with the intention of disturbing the peace or endangering the safety of other visitors;
to sell food, drinks or other products without the express permission of the Festival Organiser;
throwing or shooting objects in solid, liquid or gas form;
to smoke in places where smoking is prohibited, especially in tents, buildings and other indoor venues;
to urinate in public, except in places provided for that purpose;
to wear full face masks (masks, morph suites, etc.);
to park a vehicle without official permission from the Festival Organiser. Cars may be towed away at the owner/user's expense;
to take down, tear down or destroy decorations;
to steal decorations or other material owned by the Festival Organiser, its employees and/or its suppliers;
to make open fire;
to do crowd surfing or stage diving;
to be involved in in any (sexual) criminal offences;
to wear texts, symbols, objects, clothing and/or other (visible) external expressions that explicitly refer to a political, social movement or group. Anything indicating discrimination, incitement or racism is strictly prohibited.
• The following items are prohibited on the Festival Site and/or DreamVille:
bring your own food and drinks to the Festival Site;
bring your own food and drinks in glasses to DreamVille;
drugs or other illegal mind-altering substances;
deodorant or perfume in packages of more than 100 ml
other objects (umbrellas, parasols, camera tripods, laser pens, etc.) that security personnel decide pose a risk to other Festival visitors;
projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form;
flammable products or materials and aerosols;
pyrotechnic articles (fireworks, flares, etc.);
other weapons or sharp, pointed objects (sticks, chains, knives, etc.);
banners or objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts or expressions that may be used to disturb the peace, or that may endanger the safety of the crowd and/or cause injury or damage to persons and property;
animals (except guide dogs for the vision impaired people);
flags and/or shirts of football clubs;
drones;
any other objects that the Festival Organiser or its representatives deem dangerous to the organisation and passage of the Festival and/or other visitors.
• However, the following items are allowed on the Festival grounds and/or DreamVille:
guide dogs for visually impaired people;
own food and drinks only at DreamVille, provided they are not in glass;
the maximum drink allowed at DreamVille is 6 cans of liquor (max 50 cl per can) and 6 cans or plastic bottles of soft drinks or energy drinks (max 50 cl per can/plastic bottle) per person, an unlimited number of bottles of water. Only closed containers are allowed;
disposable or pocket cameras;
plastic sheeting and blankets to lie/sit on;
sunscreen, cosmetics, deodorant in packs of up to 100 ml;
refreshers / atomisers, small backpacks or other bags.

• It is forbidden to make open fires.
• To preserve the safety of the Festival and other visitors, do not disguise yourself unrecognisably.
• The directives and instructions of the (security) staff should always be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous products, security personnel have the right to stop and search the person concerned.
• Tomorrowland has an absolute zero tolerance policy on drugs! It is forbidden to carry, use, deal and/or be in the possession of drugs on the Festival Site and DreamVille. If you are caught doing so, you will be removed from the Festival Site and/or DreamVille and you will not be allowed to return. This policy is strictly enforced. Relevant incidents related to use, deal and/or possession of drugs will be transferred to the police. All visitors will be allowed to deposit drugs in special drug barrels without any (legal) consequences before entering the Festival Site.
• It is forbidden to deal drugs on the Festival Site and/or DreamVille. If such a violation is discovered, you will be removed from the Festival Site and/or DreamVille and handed over to the police.
• If a visitor is prescribed certain medication for health reasons, he/she must present a valid medical certificate before being allowed to bring that specific medication onto the Festival Site and/or DreamVille.
Any special medical condition must be immediately reported to the Festival Organiser by reaching out to the medical aid tents, or, if known before entering the Festival and/or DreamVille, by writing to info@tomorrowland.com, with the explanation and official medical report and prescribed treatment and medication, in English, Dutch or French or translated by an official translator to one of these languages. You can also ask for help to the Festival/DreamVille staff or security to be taken to the first aid tents at the Festival or DreamVille areas (if applicable).
Controlled medication
The category ‘controlled medication’ refers to medication containing a substance referred to in the Royal Decree of 06/09/2017 regulating narcotic and psychotropic substances. The products referred to in this Royal Decree can be found in the annexes to this Decree. Due to the generic structure classification, it is not possible to reproduce a limitative list of such substances. The Belgian Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products does provide an indicative, non-limitative list of those substances, that is updated regularly, through this link.
Everyone who brings or uses controlled medication to or at the Festival and/or DreamVille must identify himself at the entrance to the Festival and/or DreamVille as such, presenting the original medical prescription, containing the patient’s name, the medication concerned and the prescribed dosage and signed by the doctor in charge, and the respective medications, in correspondence with the prescription and in amount compatible with the period of stay at the Festival, resp. DreamVille. The document must expressly state the dosage indicated for the patient, therefore, only the medications and amounts indicated in the prescription will be allowed.
Patients who need to use syringes and/or need medication to be stored in refrigerators must also inform the Festival Organizer about this when entering the Festival, resp. DreamVille, presenting the original medical prescription and the necessary materials. The service professionals will indicate how to proceed to keep all medication and necessary materials safely stored and in conditions of use.
For those staying at DreamVille, the amount allowed will be proportional to the 5 (five) days of the stay at the campsite. For the others, the amount allowed will be the prescribed amount for that specific day.
All controlled medication may be subject to evaluation by the Festival’s medical team.
These provisions are without prejudice to any rules, legislation and/or governmental instructions regarding the use, possession and/or carrying of medication that may apply in Belgium or any other (transit) countries the Festival Visitor enters. For example, for the purposes of your travel and entrance to Belgium (or transit countries) additional or different rules, legislation and/or governmental instructions may apply. Each Festival Visitor is individual and solely responsible for the verification of and compliance with such rules, legislation, and instructions.
OTC medication
The category ‘over the counter’ (OTC) medication refers to medication that does not contain any substances referred to in the Royal Decree of 06/09/2017 regulating narcotic and psychotropic substances and can be purchased directly from the shelves without a medical prescription, such as aspirin, anti-flu, certain analgesics, etc.
Festival Visitors carrying over-the-counter medication must also declare this medication at the entrance to the Festival and/or DreamVille, being allowed to enter with an amount compatible with normal daily use for one person, in accordance with the medication leaflet. In the case of liquid OTC medication, such medication must be presented in original packaging at the Festival and/or DreamVille entrance.
All OTC medication may be subject to evaluation by the Festival’s medical team.
Allergies
Festival Visitors who suffer from allergies to certain medications or other substances must carry identification of this condition, keep their companions informed of the situation, as well as immediately communicate their condition to the Festival’s medical team, in case of need.
Food Intolerance
In case the Festival Visitor has a specific type of dietary medical restriction (duly evidenced by a medical report), or if the Festival Visitor has a severe demonstrated intolerance to certain types of food and therefore needs to bring his/her own food because the food offered by the Festival does not beet his/her needs, the Festival Visitor is allowed to bring his/her own food.
Such conditions shall be duly evidenced by a medical report or prescription in Dutch, French or English, valid in Belgium, which may be requested at any time, including during the body and bags search before your access to the Festival and/or DreamVille.
We remind you that this is not a discretionary attitude of the Festival Organiser, but care that meets the requirements of control and responsibility for food and beverages from the health surveillance, to ensure the well-being of all festival visitors.
People with Disabilities and Special Needs
Tomorrowland makes every effort to make the Festival accessible to visitors with special needs. We pay a lot of attention to the accessibility of the Festival Site and its surroundings and are always looking to improve these conditions. Additional paving has been installed throughout the site to make the Festival Site easily accessible for visitors with disabilities.
Visitors with disabilities can enter the Festival Site via a lift. They may be accompanied in the lift by a maximum of two companions. These companions must be in possession of a valid Tomorrowland Bracelet registered in their name.
Upon proof of the parking card (blue card), we will provide special reserved spaces to visitors with disabilities. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use this car park, by sending an e-mail to info@tomorrowland.com.
Guide dogs are welcome on the Festival grounds. Make sure they are easily identifiable.
Adapted toilets will be positioned in specific locations throughout the Festival area and DreamVille.
We will provide a dedicated camping area at DreamVille. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in using it.

Breastfeeding and pumping
Festival Visitors who need to pump during their attendance at the Festival and/or DreamVille can do so, with their personal equipment, at the first aid points at the Festival and/or DreamVille. The Festival Visitors are required to bring their own pumping materials and equipment. The pumped milk can be stored at the first aid point.
Medical care
Tomorrowland will have an emergency medical service compatible with the size of the Festival and DreamVille. By attending the Festival and/or DreamVille, the Festival Visitor agrees to receive first aid medical assistance and, if applicable, be transferred to a hospital in the region in order to obtain treatment in case of any medical occurrence on the Festival and/or DreamVille grounds that the medical professionals may deem convenient and necessary.
Festival Visitors acknowledge and are aware that there are dangers and risks of physical harm or illness and that, despite the Festival Organiser’s best efforts, not all risks can be fully eliminated. By entering the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, You voluntarily agree to assume and to cooperate in minimizing such risks.
Recreation domain 'De Schorre', the location of the Festival, is a nature reserve. Therefore, all visitors are requested to do their bit to keep the surroundings as clean as possible. On the Festival Site, the campsite and the car park, it is clearly marked where you can leave your rubbish. Please make use of this. 'Love Tomorrow'.
The Festival Organiser puts in a lot of efforts and manpower to make the Festival a magical world. We ask every visitor to show due respect! Tearing off, breaking or any other form of destruction to the material of the Festival Organiser or its suppliers, including theft, will result in removal from the Festival. Entry will be denied for the remainder of the Festival and may be denied for subsequent years.
Visitors are not allowed to climb on tents, structures, fences, light bridges, benches or other structures on the Festival Site.
The official merchandise ‘Tomorrowland Store’ is only available at the Festival, in DreamVille, Tomorrowland's official webshop (store.tomorrowland.com) and in selected outlets.
Photo and video recordings will be made during the Festival. There is a good chance that you will be filmed. By entering the Festival Site and/or DreamVille, you agree to the processing of these images by WEAREONE.world BV and its partners.
Camera surveillance at the Festival and/or in DreamVille will be carried out in accordance with local legislation. These recordings will only be used for security purposes during the Festival and will not be passed on to third parties, except to the competent authority upon receipt of a formal request.
The Festival Organiser and/or the official ticket vendor reserve the right to verify the identity of visitors.
Digital cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the grounds with the exception of (semi-)professional equipment. Our advice: make as many videos as possible and post them on the various social media channels!
Use of toilets is free of charge at the Festival and/or in DreamVille. It is strictly forbidden to urinate in public, except in the places provided for that purpose. If you are caught urinating in public, you risk being removed from the Festival Site and/or DreamVille.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas (such as tents, buildings and indoor venues).
It is forbidden to distribute flyers or put-up posters during the Festival. Visitors wishing to promote their own events can place an ad in the Tomorrowland newspaper distributed to visitors during the Festival. For more information, please visit promotion@tomorrowland.com.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Crowd surfing and stage climbing or diving are prohibited at the Festival. Expulsion from the Festival Site when this rule is not observed is the logical consequence.
Visitors to the Festival and/or DreamVille should not block any entrances, exits and emergency exits.
The artists and organisers of the Festival cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft, nor for any other accident.
The Festival Organiser may be forced to close stages due to weather conditions or other force majeure events. This will not result in a partial or full refund.
· Parking is available near the Festival grounds and DreamVille. During the voucher sale, you can also buy a parking ticket that allows you to park in any of the car parks. It is not possible to reserve a specific car park or parking space. After payment, you will receive a voucher that you can use to park your car. The period for the voucher sale will be announced on our website.
· The visitor expressly agrees to indemnify the Festival Organiser against any liability for damages caused to, theft of or other accidents involving vehicles or persons in the official parking lots of the Festival.
Tomorrowland 2025 is a cashless festival. When purchasing Pearls for the Festival with the Festival Organizer, you must expressly agree to the present Specific Terms and Conditions – Cashless Payments of the Festival Organizer (“Specific Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to such terms, you will not be able to purchase Pearls for the Festival.
Terms not described in these Specific Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland 2025 (available here – www.belgium.tomorrowland.com) which also apply to your purchase. In case of conflict, the present Specific Terms and Conditions always prevail.
The present Specific Terms and Conditions for cashless payments will also be made available at the cashless customer service points at the Festival. Anyone purchasing his/her first Pearls through such Top Up points at the Festival will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions for cashless payments.

1. Cashless - general
1.1 'Cashless payments' is the payment method used at the Festival and in DreamVille. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to allow other payment methods, such as cash payments and/or payments via other electronic devices, at its sole discretion.
1.2 'Pearl' is the official currency at the Festival and in DreamVille. Festival Visitors can purchase 'Pearls' through the Tomorrowland cashless system by an online top-up transaction via the Cashless Account or a top-up transaction at the Festival. The Pearls will then be activated on the respective carrier (Tomorrowland Bracelet or cashless card). The value of one (1) Pearl will be communicated (at www.belgium.tomorrowland.com and via the Tomorrowland Account) as soon as Pearls can be purchased.
1.3 The Festival Organiser cannot be held liable if the cashless system does not operate, does not operate without defects or operates only partially during the Festival. In such a case, the Festival Organiser shall provide a back-up scenario for Festival Visitors, for example by providing payment tokens.
1.4 The Festival Organizer will not provide any detailed invoices regarding individual spendings made at the Festival and/or DreamVille through cashless payments.
2. Cashless - transaction disputes
2.1 Top-up transactions
2.1.1 All issues relating to online top-up transactions must be reported immediately to cashless@tomorrowland.com. Complaints relating to online transactions will be accepted up to three months after the end of the Festival. Festival Visitors are requested to attach the necessary supporting documentation when communicating with the Festival Organiser about such issues.
2.1.2 Festival visitors should both report issues regarding top-up transactions taking place at the Festival to a cashless customer service point at the Festival and send them by email to cashless@tomorrowland.com. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to reject complaints if no evidence or documentation relating to the issue and/or dispute has been submitted. Festival visitors can track Top-Up Transactions via their Cashless Account. Considering there might be a delay in the processing of the Top Up Transactions made during the Festival (offline), the update of the information in your Cashless Account can also be delayed.
2.2 Other transactions
All other transaction issues should be reported to the cashless customer service point at the Festival as soon as possible.
2.3 Support in case of loss or theft of value
2.3.1 The Festival Organiser cannot be held liable for theft or loss of the cashless carrier (Tomorrowland Bracelet or cashless card) on which the 'Pearls' are loaded after that carrier is delivered to the Festival Visitor.
2.3.2 In case of loss or theft, Festival Visitors can deactivate their cashless carrier through their Cashless Account or by requesting support at a cashless customer service point at the Festival.
2.4 Refunds
2.4.1 With the exception of Bonus Pearls, i.e. Pearls loaded by the Festival Organizer for free because of the purchase of a certain volume of Pearls, and Pearls preloaded by the Festival Organiser, both of which are non-refundable, Pearls can only be refunded after the end of the Festival. The Festival Organiser will therefore not refund any Pearl during the Festival (even if a Festival Visitor is refused admission to the Festival).
2.4.2 All refunds are subject to a refund fee, which will be communicated to the Festival Visitor at www.belgium.tomorrowland.com as soon as Pearls can be purchased. Bonus Pearls and Pearls preloaded by the Festival Organiser cannot be used for payment of the refund fee.
Automatic refunds
2.4.3 All online top-up transactions through the Cashless Account are automatically refunded if implemented by international brands. The international brands are: Bancontact, iDeal, VISA and Mastercard. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to add or remove payment methods if necessary.
2.4.4 The Festival Organiser aims to carry out automatic refunds within 7 days of the end of the Festival. This timing is subject to possible delays beyond the control of the Festival Organiser. The refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the online top-up. The timing when the payment is visible on the electronic payment method proof depends on the currency, country and necessary processing time where the payment processor is located.
2.4.5 Refunds eligible for automatic refunds are made automatically. The Festival Organiser cannot manually block certain payments, nor is the Festival Organiser authorised to change the payment method of the refund.
Manual refunds
2.4.6 Manual refunds apply to all amounts loaded onto the cashless carrier through a cashless customer care point at the Festival.
2.4.7 Manual refunds can be requested until 14 August 2025, 23:59 CEST by submitting the refund form that will be available at the Cashless Account. Refund requests submitted after this date will not be considered. Festival Visitors are advised to make maximum use of online top-ups.
2.4.8 The Festival Organiser aims to start the refund process within fifteen (15) working days of the end of the registration period for these refunds. This timing is subject to possible delays beyond the control of the Festival Organiser. The refunds will be made using the payment method specified by the Festival Visitor in the 'manual refund form'.
2.4.9 Because manual refunds are processed individually, there is a minimum processing time between the cashless system notification and the effective payment. This processing time will take approximately three banking days.
2.4.10 The Festival Organiser cannot be held liable within the required processing time. The processing time depends on the refund method chosen.
2.4.11 Festival Visitors are responsible for providing the correct refund information to the Festival Organiser. If Festival Visitors do not provide the Festival Organiser with the correct information, the Festival Organiser reserves the right not to execute the refund.
3. Third-party service providers
3.1 Tomorrowland's cashless payment system is offered to Festival Visitors with the support of third party suppliers and payment providers.

1.1 A Tomorrowland Voucher is document regarding an additional purchase issued by the Festival Organiser or an independent third party that entitles the holder thereof to specific products or services, as applicable (e.g. restaurants, locker providers or shuttle services), on or around the Festival Site.
If You purchase Vouchers, the aforementioned third party may be Your contractor. If so, You enter into an agreement with such third party and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made. Please note that these terms and conditions will prevail in case of conflict or ambiguity. In such situations, the Festival Organiser shall be exempt from any contractual liability with regard to the services purchased vis-à-vis You.
1.2 The products and/or services offered through the Voucher may be subject to specific terms and conditions as well. These specific terms and conditions will be communicated and need to be accepted by the Customer upon the purchase.
1.3 Every purchase of Vouchers is final. It is not possible to cancel or change a Voucher.
1.4 In case of force majeure preventing the performance of services related to the Voucher, the value of the Vouchers will be compensated in accordance with applicable law. No further compensation can be claimed.

1. General
1.1 Tickets for DreamVille can only be purchased as part of a DreamVille Package or as part of a Travel Package, combining a specific type of DreamVille accommodation with a Full Madness Regular or Comfort Pass, granting access to the Festival and certain areas in DreamVille throughout the Festival weekend for which the package is purchased.
1.2 A Magnificent Greens Package is valid per PERSON and not per tent. A Magnificent Greens Tent Package, Easy Tent Package, Easy Tent Supreme Package and DreamLodge Package is valid per TENT, a Relax Room Package, Kokono Package, Cabana Package, Ensuite Package, Marivela Package, Astera Package, Luna Package or other Montagoe Package is valid per ROOM. The Festival Organizer reserves the right to offer other Dreamville Packages than those mentioned here, the content of which will be clearly communicated through the corresponding Official Sales Channel.
1.3 When you purchase a Magnificent Greens Package, you are guaranteed a pitch at the campsite. It is not possible to reserve a specific pitch.
1.4 Vehicles, motorbikes, trailers, caravans or motor homes are not allowed in DreamVille.
1.5 By purchasing a ticket for a DreamVille Cabana, DreamLodge, Ensuite, Camp2Camp Friendship Area, Camp2Camp Pre-Pitched Area, Supreme EasyTent, Spectacular DreamLodge, Relax Room, Marivela Package, Astera Package, Luna Package or other Montagoe Packages or Mansion, You automatically agree to the terms and conditions that may apply to these accommodations, which You can find on the relevant page on the website.
1.6 When checking out of Your DreamVille accommodation, the Festival Organiser checks the condition of the accommodation. The Festival Organiser reserves the right to charge You the cost of repairing any damage caused by You to the accommodation. All materials and related prices are available at the DreamVille reception.
1.7 In case of damage, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to charge these costs immediately. Should such damage come to light after Your departure, the Festival Organiser reserves the right to send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. To avoid this situation, You are advised to stop by the DreamVille reception desk to check out at the end of Your stay.

1. General
1.1 Business Packages are the Hospitality Packages offered for sale under this name through the Official Sales Channels and are to be distinguished from the Exclusive Packages. Business Packages can only be purchased by a legal entity with a valid VAT number (the 'Company'). A Business Package includes non-personalised admission tickets to the Festival and grants access to the Festival and the dedicated Hospitality areas (Balcony, The Orchid Lounge, The Rose Lounge, The Lotus Lounge or Skybox, each including drinks and food) across the entire Festival grounds. Business Packages do not include DreamVille tickets.
1.2 Loss or theft of the ticket is the responsibility of the Company that bought the Business Packages and/or his or her guests and does not give right to a refund or a new ticket/Tomorrowland Bracelet.
The Company is required to complete a Business Package application to purchase Business Packages. There is always a minimum purchase requirement of 10 Business Packages. A purchase must always be approved by the Festival Organiser.
1.3 A purchased Business Package does not entitle the Company to use the Hospitality area for the Company's B2C incentives. If the Festival Organiser identifies any online communication, advertising, competitions or other incentives regarding the Balcony, The Orchid Lounge, The Rose Lounge, The Lotus Lounge or Skybox area by the Company, the Festival Organiser has the right to cancel the tickets and reserves the right to claim further compensation.
1.4 A business incentive is allowed only if the Company does not use any form of visible commercial communication in relation to the Business Package.
1.5 The Company is not allowed to resell Business Packages and the Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Business Packages and admission tickets and claim further compensation if this rule is not complied with.
1.6 Tickets regarding Business Packages will be digitally mailed to the Main Buyer. Business Package ticket holders must bring their e-ticket to the Hospitality area at the main entrance to gain access to the Festival and the Hospitality area.
1.7 Business Packages are not personalized and non-refundable.
1.8 In the event the purchase of the Business Packages constitutes part of a larger collaboration agreement with regard to the Festival, the terms and conditions with regard to cancellation and/or postponement of the Festival under that agreement shall prevail over the cancellation and postponement provisions in these Specific Conditions.
2. Payment
2.1 If the Company's application for a Business Package is approved by the Festival Organiser, the Company will receive a pro forma invoice with payment instructions. Payment must be received by the Festival Organiser no later than seven (7) days after sending this pro forma invoice to the Company.
2.2 In case of late payment, the provisions of the Belgian Act on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions shall apply.
2.3 All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT. All VAT and taxes are payable by the Company.
2.4 The Festival Organiser reserves the right to cancel the order in question in the event of late payment. In such a case, the Festival Organiser shall be entitled to charge a handling fee of 10% of the price of the Business Packages ordered.
3. House rules
To ensure that all visitors to the Hospitality Zone have the best possible experience, bare body parts will not be tolerated. The foregoing is without prejudice to the Festival House Rules as set out in Annex 2 to the General Terms and Conditions Tomorrowland 2025.

The Global Journey Package, i.e. the combination of travel services offered to You under the name “Global Journey” is a travel package within the meaning of the Directive (EU) 2015/2302, as transposed into the Belgian law of 21 November 2017 relating to the sale of travel packages, linked travel arrangements and travel services.

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL

Global Journey Packages are suitable for persons with reduced mobility. Please contact us (see Article 10 of these Terms and Conditions) in case you require further information.
ARTICLE 2: GLOBAL JOURNEY PACKAGES
General
Global Journey Packages are sold exclusively by TL Travel and through the official Global Journey website (https://belgium.tomorrowland.com/en/tickets/travel-packages/). TL Travel does not sell Global Journey Packages via any other means, nor is any other party allowed to sell Global Journey Packages. Be careful to avoid scams from unreliable parties.
You compile Your Global Journey Package Yourself, by adding the hotel accommodation, entrance tickets for the Festival and transportation of Your choice.
It is Your responsibility to write Your name as well as Your guests’ names and surnames correctly in the registration form during Your purchase of the Global Journey Packages. The e-tickets and documentation for the services will be made according to the name inserted at the time of purchase. TL Travel nor the Festival Organizer are responsible for errors generated by Your incorrect registration.
The maximum number of Global Journey Packages (other than friendship travel packages) that can be purchased for the 2025 edition of the Festival is six (6). Friendship travel packages for the 2025 edition of the Festival can be purchased for up to twenty (20) persons max.
YOUTH PACKAGE
To promote diversity within Global Journey, individuals between 18 years and 25 years old (meaning that you have to be born between 2007 and 1999) are eligible for a Youth Package. Information in this regard can be found on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com.
TL Travel and the Festival Organizer reserve the right to verify your age. If You purchase a Youth Package, You expressly agree to provide the TL Travel and/or Festival Organizer, at first demand, with the necessary supporting documents for the purpose of this verification. If the age registered does not correspond to Your actual age and/or if You fail to provide the relevant supporting documents within the reasonable period, this may be considered fraudulent. In such case, TL Travel and/or the Festival Organizer reserve the right to cancel Your order and provide you with a refund (deducted by the applicable refund fee as communicated on www.belgium.tomorrowland.com) and to offer the corresponding Youth Package for sale to third parties.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in EUR (€) per person and per package. During the booking procedure and in the summary of the package, You will see a description of the characteristics of and essential information about the package per person.
If you have bought a flight, train, or bus package, the package is based on return tickets including taxes. If You have chosen a hotel accommodation, daily breakfast and city taxes are included.
When entering the number of people in the accommodation search, make sure to enter the exact number of people who will be sharing the same accommodation. It is not possible to share an accommodation with people other than the guests whose names You have registered during Your purchase.
Global Journey Packages are subject to availability and prices can change during the sales period for Global Journey Packages. The Global Journey Packages and prices you may have seen in the Global Journey price simulator are not guaranteed and may be updated ultimately before You make Your purchase. When you make a search on the Global Journey website for a specific Global Journey Package, the website will then check the live availability and price.
Unless expressly otherwise agreed, You will be required to pay the total price of the Global Journey Packages You purchase upon the conclusion of the package travel agreement during the booking process and the Main buyer will receive a confirmation email describing the booking made and services acquired.
ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND TRANSFERABILITY
You acknowledge that the conditions of cancellation and refund relating to the Global Journey Packages are exclusively governed by Article 4 of the Specific Terms and Conditions.
Global Journey Packages are refundable in accordance with the following cancellation conditions:
Cancellation before February 17, 2025: 80% of the total package price will be refunded;
Cancellation before March 17, 2025: 50% of the total package price will be refunded;
Cancellation before May 31, 2025: 30% of the total package price will be refunded;
Cancellation after May 31, 2025: no refund will be provided.
You acknowledge that the non-refundable part of the package price shall constitute a reasonable cancellation fee.
The cancellation request can be submitted in writing to info@globaljourney.com and must include full name and e-mail address of the Main Buyer, date of purchase and order number. Requests will be reviewed, processed, and responded to within 40 days. Cancellation requests which do not include the aforementioned information in full will be considered null due to lack of data allowing for identification of the order.
Be careful when finalizing Your purchase. In case of a transfer of the package (a name change) before the 30th of April 2025 a fee of 350 EUR per change will be charged to cover costs and expenses resulting from the name change. After this date, You agree that the Global Journey Packages (the full package nor any individual service) cannot be transferred anymore to another person. Please note that a name change under the Youth Package is only possible if the other person is also eligible to purchase a Youth Package.
Please make sure to check Your packages very carefully. Changes of certain elements of your package such as transportation, accommodation and/or type of Tomorrowland entrance ticket will not be possible after reservation and booking.
ARTICLE 5: CHANGES TO YOUR TRAVEL SCHEDULE
It is very important to keep an eye on the schedule of your flight, train or bus journey. Due to unavoidable, unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, there might be a change to the original schedule. TL Travel nor the Festival Organizer is responsible for any changes in the original travel schedule.
ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PACKAGE
TL Travel, with registered offices at Korte Vlierstraat 6 Box 211, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium (as travel organizer and the party with whom you conclude the travel package agreement) will be responsible for the proper performance of the Global Journey Package as a whole.
You shall inform TL Travel without undue delay (cf. contact data in Art. 11), considering the circumstances of the case, of any lack of conformity which You perceive during the performance of a travel service included in the Global Journey Package. TL Travel shall without undue delay give appropriate assistance when You are in difficulty during the performance of the Global Journey Package.
You are however responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (such as passports) and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements. It is Your responsibility to ensure that Your travel documents and visas will remain valid for the entirety of the travel, considering the possibility of flight disruptions, and that You carry these with You. To avoid putting your trip at risk, be sure You have travel documents and travel visa that you need.
ARTICLE 7: INSURANCE
Global Journey Packages do not include insurance. You are strongly advised to check your insurances, such as, but not limited to, health and cancellation insurance.
ARTICLE 8: TOMORROWLAND BRACELETS
For each Global Journey Package, You will receive a personal Tomorrowland Bracelet at the corresponding home address indicated during the booking process.
The Tomorrowland Bracelet is a unique bracelet presented in a special ‘Treasure Case’. If Your Global Journey Packages includes a DreamVille package, your Tomorrowland Bracelet will give you access to both the Festival and DreamVille.
If you receive your Tomorrowland Bracelet at home, you need to activate your Tomorrowland Bracelet before your trip to the Festival. More info can be found at www.tomorrowland.com/mybracelet as from the beginning of July 2025.
The shipping costs regarding the Tomorrowland Bracelet and Treasure Case, as included in the price of the Global Journey Package, will however never be refunded in the event TL Travel is not responsible for (non-)delivery of the bracelet, such as in the following cases (not limited):
If TL Travel cannot send you the bracelets due to incorrect data, filled by the Main Buyer in during registrations/purchase.
If the postal service in Your country is not able to deliver the package due to circumstances outside of the control of TL Travel.
If you choose to pick up your bracelets at the Festival Site or DreamVille.
If for whatever reason beyond the reasonable control of TL Travel, you don't receive the bracelet at home.
Do mind we are not able to send Tomorrowland Bracelets to a Postbox address.
ARTICLE 9: LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Global Journey Packages are compiled with different airlines, train operating companies and/or bus companies. Luggage allowance varies depending on the airline, train operating company and/or bus company whose services are included in the Global Journey Package. The luggage rules of the relevant airline, train operating company and/or bus company shall apply.
Flight Package: The allowance is usually, without guaranteeing such, a maximum of 20kgs per person but can vary per airline. Make sure to check the website of the airline you’ll be travelling with.

Bus Package: 1 hand luggage (max. 7kg) + 1 baggage (max. 20kg) + 1 tent (max. 10kg)
ARTICLE 10: ACCOMODATIONS - RULES AND CONDITIONS
If You purchased a Global Journey Package including a double room or triple room and yet only one person checks in (or, in the case of the triple room, if only one or two persons check in), this person (or persons, as the case may be) will not be allocated to a single room (or double room, in case of triple room) and will pay the full price of the double, resp. triple room.
If You purchase a Global Journey Package including a double room, You acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the type of room and that the room will have a double bed or two single beds, depending on the availability of the chosen hotel.
Documents presented at check-in at the hotel must match the data provided during the purchase of Your Global Journey Package(s).
You and Your guests are required and accept and undertake to comply with the Hotel Rules (set forth in Annex 1) and with the standards and house rules of the hotel in which You and Your guests are staying (provided to You upon or before Your check-in).

ARTICLE 12: DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, You on the one hand and TL Travel on the other hand shall first try to reach an amicable agreement. The contact details to reach TL Travel are mentioned in Article 11 of these Specific Terms and Conditions.
If this attempt fails and any party should have complaints regarding the execution of the travel package, then any of the parties involved can ask the Geschillencommissie Reizen vzw (i.e. the Belgian ‘Association Disputes Committee for the Travel Industry’) to initiate a mediation proceeding.

ANNEX 1: HOTEL RULES
Responsibility and Insurance
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the hotel shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of Your property. You accept Your responsibility to insure Your property.
Behavior
You must behave in accordance with accepted standards and the house rules of the hotel in which You are staying. Any serious or repeated violation of the hotel’s house rules entitles the hotel to put an end to Your stay without prior notification.
You are liable towards the hotel for any damage caused to persons, hotel property, fittings and equipment and those areas to which the public has access by You and/or Your guests.
You agree to inform the hotel of any change in the use of the rented premises and not to invite any person, and in particular any person whose behavior, reputation or respectability may in any way prejudice the hotel’s property or moral reputation. In the event of non-compliance with this obligation, the hotel has the right to refuse the concerned persons without compensation.
Security
You acknowledge the right of the hotel to take all emergency measures, which it deems necessary. These measures will be dictated by the management in a situation which puts the safety of any person or persons into danger. You do not have the right to claim any compensation from the hotel following the taking of these emergency measures.
The hotel reserves the right, in a situation where the behavior of one or more participants of the events puts the safety of people or the safety of the hotel in general into danger, to terminate the stay of those passengers in the hotel without advance notice and without any compensation to You and/or the other persons for whom You purchased a Global Journey Package the client.
Check-in
To confirm a guest room, a security deposit and a valid government-issued photo ID will be required upon check-in. The security deposit can be used for any incidental charges (such as telephone and restaurant costs) that may be incurred during Your stay and that of the other persons for whom You purchased a Global Journey Package. Most common credit cards are acceptable to establish the deposit. Your credit card will be charged immediately, and the amount will be blocked on Your credit card. Alternatively, the hotel may decide that deposit can also be paid in cash. In case no incidental charges were incurred the hotel will release the remaining amount of the authorization if the deposit was paid via credit card. In case the security deposit was established in cash, the hotel will refund in cash (in euro currency).
Generally, without guaranteeing so, You can check in as from 15h00 and Your room will be held until midnight. If You think You might arrive after midnight, please contact the hotel. Early check-in is at the discretion of the hotel and is based on the availability of Your room.
Check-out
You can check out any time before the hotel's check-out time, which is generally, without guaranteeing so, around 11h00. If You need to check out an earlier day, the hotel will not be able to credit You and/or the other persons for whom You purchased a Global Journey Package for the unused portion of Your/their stay.
Dispute Resolution
You agree, in case You have complaints, to directly contact the hotel management. You will attempt to solve the dispute amicably and refrain from communicating the content of the complaint by press , social media or by any other known communication without having notified the hotel beforehand.
All complaints must be made in writing by registered post within 7 calendar days after the event. Any complaint received after this period will not be taken into consideration. In the case of disputes or legal procedures, only the courts of Antwerp (Belgium) shall have jurisdiction and the laws of Belgium shall be applied in all such disputes.Smoking
Please take note that every hotel is fully non-smoking. In case You do smoke in the hotel, a fine for deep cleaning fee will be charged to You.
