Tomorrowland is a cashless festival. This means your Bracelet does not only grant you access to Tomorrowland (and DreamVille) but also is the only way to pay for food and drinks. Food vendors and bars on both Tomorrowland and DreamVille only accept "Pearls", the official Tomorrowland cashless currency.
Tomorrowland strongly advises you to add Pearls to your Bracelet online before the festival in order to receive an automatic refund after the festival for your unspent Pearls.
WHAT IS PEARL?
Pearl is the official currency of Tomorrowland and DreamVille. It is the only way to pay for food, drinks and most other items on Tomorrowland and DreamVille.
EXCHANGE RATE
The exchange rate for Pearls is:
€ 20 - 11 Pearls (P1.00 = €1,82)
€ 40 - 22 Pearls

The minimum top-up amount is € 20 (11 Pearls). You can top-up in multiples of € 10.
BONUS PEARLS
For every € 100 you top up in one transaction before the deadlines, you will receive 2 "Bonus Pearls" for the value of 1 beer or 1 soft drink.
€ 100 = 1 free beer or soft drink
€ 200 = 2 free beers or soft drinks

In order to receive these "Bonus Pearls" you need to top up online before:
Weekend 1: July 12, 2024 - 23:59 CEST
Weekend 2: July 19, 2024 - 23:59 CEST
SPENDING INFORMATION
Bonus Pearls are spent after you have used your other Pearls.
If you put, for example, € 200 (= 110 Pearls) onto your Bracelet, you will spend your Pearls in the following sequences:
Top-Up example = € 200 ( 110 Pearls + 4 Bonus Pearls)
- 55 Pearls (€ 100)
- 2 Bonus Pearls (Free)
- 55 Pearls (€ 100)
- 2 Bonus Pearls (free)
Tomorrowland advises you to add "Pearls" to your Bracelet online, before the festival, with your card (VISA, MasterCard, Bancontact or iDeal). This way, you will be refunded automatically after the festival. Please note that a 2 Pearl transaction fee applies.
All unspent Pearls, with the exception of Bonus Pearls, will be refunded after Tomorrowland. A transaction fee of 2 Pearls will be charged. Bonus Pearls cannot be used for a refund fee.
Important:
Pearls are only valid per weekend. It is not possible to tranfser Pearls to another weekend.
Attention! If you do your first top-up at the festival site, you will need to fill out the manual refund form after the festival in order to receive your refund if you still have unspent Pearls.
CASHLESS REFUNDS
Unspent Pearls with the exception of Bonus Pearls will be refunded after the festival. A 2 Pearl transaction fee will be charged. This transaction fee covers the payment cost charged by the payment provider on one hand, and the service cost to make your refund process run smoothly and safely on the other hand.
AUTOMATIC REFUND FOR ONLINE TOP-UP WITH CREDIT CARD (VISA,MASTERCARD), BANCONTACT AND IDEAL
This applies to Bracelets that have been topped up online at least once with one of the above cards before the festival. The unspent Pearl amount minus unspent Bonus Pearls will be refunded automatically onto the same credit card or bank account that you have used for your first top-up online.
A 2 Pearl refund fee will be charged. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee.
Please note: The automatic refundable amount is limited to the total amount that you have topped up online with credit card, debit card. If your remaining balance exceeds this amount, you have to apply for a manual refund for the leftover value that is left after your automatic refund.
MANUAL REFUND FOR ONSITE TOP-UP WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR CASH
For Bracelets that only have been topped up onsite at Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille with cash or credit/debit card, you have to fill out a manual refund form. The form will available after the festival and until August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST. A 2 Pearl refund fee will be charged. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee.
Please note that you are responsible for providing Tomorrowland the correct information.
For non-SEPA countries, only PayPal refunds will be offered. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee.

MANUAL REFUND FORM AVAILABILITY
The manual refund form will be available in your Tomorrowland Account under the tab "My Bracelet" after the festival and until August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.
For Weekend 1, the manual refund form will be available between July 23 and August 14, 2024 - 23:59 CEST.
