<h2>Refund Procedures</h2>Unspent Pearls with the exception of Bonus Pearls will be refunded after the festival. A standard 2 Pearl transaction fee applies. There are 2 different Refund Procedures, the automatic refund for online top-up and the manual refund for onsite top-up. Exchange rate Pearls: P1.00 = €1,90<h3 style="text-align: start;">Automatic refund for online Top-Up</h3>This applies to Bracelets and e-tickets that have been topped up online at least once. The unspent Pearl amount minus unspent Bonus Pearls will be refunded automatically onto the same credit card or bank account that you have used for your first top-up online. A 2 Pearl refund fee will be charged​. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee. If you have both topped up online and at the festival site, and your remaining balance exceeds your online top-up amount, you have to request a manual refund before August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST.<h3 style="text-align: start;">Manual refund for onsite Top-Up with card or cash</h3>This applies to Bracelets that only have been topped up onsite at Tomorrowland and/or DreamVille with cash or credit/debit card. You will have to fill out a manual refund form. This form is available from July 24, 2026 (for Weekend 1) or from July 31 (for Weekend 2) - 13:00 CEST until August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST  in your <a target="_blank" href="https://my.tomorrowland.com/bracelets">Tomorrowland Account</a>. A 2 Pearl refund fee will be charged. Bonus Pearls cannot be used as refund fee. Please note that you are responsible for providing Tomorrowland the correct information. <h2 style="text-align: start;">How to request a manual refund?</h2>Step 1: Go to your <a target="_blank" href="https://my.tomorrowland.com/bracelets">Tomorrowland Account</a> under the tab &quot;My Bracelet&quot; Step 2: Select the correct weekend. Step 3: If you did not yet do so, first activate your Bracelet. If you have a cashless card, select &quot;I have a Pearl Card&quot; at the bottom and fill in the 12-character UID and 6-digit security code. Step 4: Click &quot;refund&quot; and fill in the refund form.You live in a SEPA Country?If your bank is located in a SEPA country, you select “SEPA refund”.  Click <a href="https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/sites/default/files/kb/file/2021-03/EPC409-09%20EPC%20List%20of%20SEPA%20Scheme%20Countries%20v4.0.pdf">here</a> to check if your country is a SEPA country.You don’t live in a SEPA Country?If your bank is not located in a SEPA-country, you can choose for a PayPal refund. This way, you avoid additional transaction fees applicable to non-SEPA transactions. <h3 style="text-align: start;">Manual refund form availability   </h3>The form will be available from July 24, 2026 (for Weekend 1) or from July 31 (for Weekend 2) - 13:00 CEST until August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST.  After August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST, it is no longer possible to request a refund.  <h2>Refund Schedule</h2>Weekend 1:<ul class="unordered_list"><li>Automatic Refunds will be processed as from Friday July 24, 2026. Please be aware it is possible your refund is only visible onto your bank account or credit card receipt a few weeks after your refund was processed.</li><li>Manual Refund form submission period: Friday, July 24, 2026 -13:00 CEST until Thursday, August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST.</li><li>Manual Refunds will be processed as from Monday, August 17, 2026. You can expect your refund to be visible in your account within 6 weeks after this date.</li></ul>Weekend 2<ul class="unordered_list"><li>Automatic Refunds will be processed as from Friday, July 31, 2026. Please be aware it is possible your refund is only visible onto your bank account or credit card receipt a few weeks after your refund was processed.</li><li>Manual Refund form submission period: Friday, July 31, 2026 - 13:00 CEST until Thursday, August 14, 2026 - 23:59 CEST.</li><li>Manual Refunds will be processed as from Monday, August 17, 2026. You can expect your refund to be visible in your account within 6 weeks after this date.</li></ul>
