Personalize your Order
Before receiving your Tomorrowland Passe(s)/Packag(es), you will need to personalize each ticket in your order to an individual visitor.

After you purchase your Passe(s)/Package(s), you will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to personalize your Passe(s)/Package(s). The personalization deadline will be mentioned in the email. You can also personalize your Passe(s)/Package(s) via your Tomorrowland Account.
Go to the "Event Page" in your Tomorrowland Account at the start of the personalization period, you will be able to claim a Pass/Package for yourself or send (a) Pass(es)/Package(s) to a friend.
Your friend(s) will then receive an email with a notification that you, as the Main buyer, invited them to claim a Pass/Package that they can personalize in their name via their Tomorrowland Account.
As long as your friend does not personalize their Pass/Package, you will be able to revoke their Pass/Package and send it to another friend.
For each Pass/Package, you or your friend(s) will need to fill in the following personal details: First name, last name, address, gender, date of birth, phone number, email, nationality, country of residence
Please double check your personal details. No changes will be possible after personalization.
You can only confirm the personalization if all information per Pass is complete. Once all your Pass(es)/Package(s) are personalized, you will receive a confirmation email with your Pass(es)/Package(s). The Main Buyer will also be able to download the e-tickets in their Tomorrowland account.
