Exchange Desk

Passes & Packages registered on the Exchange Desk are offered for sale via the Waiting List. Registering your Passes & Packages on the Exchange Desk does not guarantee that someone will buy your Passes & Packages. The deadline to register your Passes & Packages on the Exchange Desk is April 30, 2026 - 23:59 CEST. 

In case your Passes & Packages are sold, you will be informed by email. You can receive this email until one week before the event. If your Passes & Packages are sold, you will receive a refund within 8 weeks. A €10 ticket refund fee per Pass/Package will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to register Passes/Packages to the Exchange Desk:

• If you are the Main Buyer go to your Tomorrowland Account

• Go to the event page of Tomorrowland Belgium

• Below your tickets you will see a button with "Exchange Passes"

• Select which Passes you want to put on the Exchange Desk and click "Submit"

Important:

• Registering your Passes & Packages on the Exchange Desk is final and cannot be undone.

• The Exchange Desk is not available for Global Journey Packages.
