As you might have noticed, your Tomorrowland Account underwent some changes. A new design and an improved user experience — ready for the future, is waiting for you.
Homepage
Welcome to your personal account
If you go to my.tomorrowland.com and log into your personal Tomorrowland Account, you get an overview of all upcoming events, highlighted products from the Tomorrowland Store and info about the Tomorrowland Foundation.
All Event info in one place
My Events
If you select an event on the homepage, everything related to that event will appear.
On the event detail page you will find all information, Ticket Sales, purchased Tickets, Add-Ons, Your Bracelet, etc. from one specific event.
This way, your entire Event journey is now located in one place, where you will find everything you need from before the start of the Ticket Sales until and after the actual Event.
Note that if you have multiple orders for one event, you can use the filter to select what you want to show in the overview. By default, all your orders will be shown in the overview.
Tickets
In the sidebar on the left you can still find a button that takes you directly to your Tickets. Here you will also find extra information such as the Tracking Link of your Treasure Case or other notifications of actions you need to take regarding your order.
My Bracelet
If you have tickets to Tomorrowland Belgium, Winter or Brasil, you will be able to find all info with regard to your Bracelet via the My Bracelet tab on the left. You will need this once the festival is approaching to activate your Bracelet and to top up Pearls on your Bracelet.

Also on the left, you can click the Support Button, where you will find a link to the different FAQs. If the FAQs don't answer your question, you can always contact us directly via the contact form on that page.
