The imposing villa was built in Halle in 1847, in which Servais incorporated the many influences of his travels. From then on, the Villa Servais became his favourite residence and a meeting place for local and international musicians and artists.  

All the rooms are on the first and second floor with a breathtaking view of either the recently restored Art-Deco St. Rochus church or the Gothic basilica church. Each room is luxuriously furnished for two people and includes, in addition to its own desk with seating, a bathroom with shower or bath and a comfortable 5* king-size bed.
